Terms of Service

Sacred Earth Ministry (“SEM”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a registered voluntary, non-governmental, non-profit evangelistic and humanitarian ministry (CAC/IT/NO: 58522), based in Ogbomoso, Oyo State, Nigeria.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement. SEM reserves the right to terminate accounts found to belong to minors.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at sacredearthministryconf@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Sharing account credentials with other persons is prohibited and may result in account termination without refund.

The Platform offers the following membership tiers:

• Day Pass — full access to the resource library for 24 hours from the time of purchase. Access is automatically revoked after 24 hours. There is no auto-renewal.
• Yearly Membership — full access to the resource library for one calendar year from the date of purchase, plus access to the monthly newsletter and community features where available.

Access is personal and non-transferable. Each membership is for one individual account only.

SEM reserves the right to modify the features included in each membership tier with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.

All payments are processed by Paystack (NGN) and Stripe (USD). By making a payment, you agree to their respective terms of service. SEM does not store your card details.

Prices are displayed at the time of purchase. SEM reserves the right to update pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect memberships already purchased.

Due to the digital nature of the content, all sales are final once access has been granted. We do not offer refunds for Day Passes or Yearly Memberships after access has been activated.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing content you have paid for, contact us within 7 days of purchase at sacredearthministryconf@gmail.com and we will investigate and resolve the issue or consider a remedy at our discretion.

The resource library contains materials curated by SEM for educational, spiritual, and research purposes relating to creation care, environmental stewardship, and faith.

Resources in the library may include materials created by SEM as well as third-party content. Where third-party content is included, the intellectual property rights in that content belong to the respective original owners. SEM does not claim ownership of third-party materials.

By accessing the resource library, you agree to the following:

• Resources are for your personal, non-commercial use only
• You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, or sublicense any content from the library without the express written permission of the relevant rights holder
• You may not circumvent, remove, or tamper with any access controls, watermarks, or digital rights protections applied to resources
• Downloading resources for offline personal use is permitted where the Platform allows it — sharing those downloads with third parties is not

SEM reserves the right to add, remove, or modify resources in the library at any time without notice or liability.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable Nigerian or international law
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers, or its databases
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or download content from the Platform
• Impersonate any person or organisation or misrepresent your identity
• Share, sell, or transfer your account or membership to another person
• Interfere with the security or integrity of the Platform

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination without refund and, where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities.

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. SEM does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

The resources in the library are provided for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute professional legal, medical, financial, or theological advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Nigerian law, SEM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of access, or loss of revenue.

SEM's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for your most recent membership.

SEM may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Where termination is for reasons other than a Terms violation, we will provide reasonable notice where possible.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at sacredearthministryconf@gmail.com. Termination does not entitle you to a refund for any unused portion of a membership.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Oyo State, Nigeria.

SEM reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes, we will notify registered users by email where possible.
